Bouilli - nice cold sauce
Pig's trotters in an egg paste brown

Bacon sent cut to table, sausage also
Mutton chops with paper frills
Grated cheese & sieved butter
Pounded meat shape of mutton chops
2 Stork pots
Fish with mustard sauce
